Common questions, honest answers.
For most engagements, we can start within 5–10 business days of signing agreements. We maintain a small bench of senior engineers available for rapid deployment. If your timeline is extremely tight, tell us upfront and we'll be honest about whether we can meet it.
Both. Roughly 40% of our clients are funded startups (Seed through Series B) who need senior engineering capability without the overhead of building an in-house team. The other 60% are enterprises or mid-market companies. The project minimum is typically $25K.
We offer three models: (1) Fixed-bid for well-defined scopes; (2) Time & Materials for ongoing work, R&D, and iterative products; (3) Dedicated team subscription for clients who want consistent capacity month-to-month. We'll recommend the best fit for your situation.
No. Our minimum is 5 years of production experience for anyone working on a client project. Junior engineers work on internal tooling and R&D under senior supervision. The engineers in your proposal are the engineers doing the work.
All IP created during an engagement transfers to you on final payment. You receive the full source code, documentation, CI/CD pipelines, and any licences we've procured on your behalf. We retain no rights to anything we build for you.
Yes. We offer 90-day post-launch warranty coverage on all project deliveries — bugs we caused are fixed at no charge. Beyond that, most clients opt for a retainer agreement covering ongoing feature development, security patching, and infrastructure management.
