Vanitech Labs was founded by a group of senior engineers who had spent years watching great product ideas get strangled by poor technical execution — offshore teams parachuting in juniors, agencies prioritising billings over outcomes, and big SIs treating quality as optional.
We started Vanitech to do it right: senior engineers only, full accountability from discovery to production, and a genuine interest in the business problem — not just the ticket backlog.

Senior engineers only
Every engagement is staffed with engineers who have 5+ years of production experience. We don't use juniors as production engineers on client work.
Outcome accountability
We sign up to outcomes, not hours. If something breaks in production after delivery, we fix it. No finger-pointing, no extra invoices.
Radical transparency
Weekly demos, shared backlogs, honest status reports. If we're behind or uncertain, we say so immediately — before it becomes a crisis.

Won our first tier-1 bank engagement — a payments integration project that led to a multi-year relationship and the ABSA reconciliation platform.
AI practice launched
Dedicated AI/ML capability with the first production ML deployment — a fraud scoring model that reduced false positives by 42% for a lending platform.

First HIPAA-certified project delivered. Team grew to 15 engineers. Opened relationships across three continents — Africa, Europe, and North America.
